Introducing 115 — a personalized trading harness
115 is a personalized trading harness — a software layer built around a human trader. The trader brings judgment and edge; the harness brings research, execution, risk, and reach, so one person, or a multi-node desk, can run a real book the way a desk of many once did.
We started 115 around a simple conviction: durable edge comes from process, not prediction — and the strongest systems keep a human in the loop. Find a small, repeatable advantage. Express it in code. Prove it out-of-sample. Size it so a bad week never becomes a bad year. Then let the harness run it consistently, while a person stays on the calls that matter.
It's built to live where the work already happens. 115 runs natively with the agent tooling we build with — Optimus, OpenClaw, Hermes, Claude Code, and Codex — so research, backtests, and operations flow through the same agents that build the system. We trade our own book: no outside money, no signals to sell. That keeps the feedback loop short and the incentives clean.
115 is in pre-alpha — a research preview. This page is where we'll share what we're learning as we build: notes on research, infrastructure, and the craft of running a harness in production. Thanks for reading.
